Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love what you order from Maera. If you change your mind or something isn't right, this page explains how returns and refunds work.
You can return most items for any reason within 30 days of receiving them. Just email us at hello@maera.uk with your order number and tell us which items you would like to return. Please do this before sending anything back.
Once you have told us, please send the items back to us within 14 days. Items should be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them, so that we can resell them. We may reduce your refund if an item comes back used or damaged.
Return postage for change of mind returns is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
We will refund the price of the items and the original standard delivery charge you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund the standard rate only.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, or we sent you the wrong item, please email hello@maera.uk as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the cost of return postage. Your legal rights for faulty goods are not affected by this policy.
Items we cannot accept back
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Personalised or made to order items
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once they have been opened
Once we have received your return, we will check it and email you to confirm. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item, or of you sending us proof of postage, whichever is earlier. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it in your account.
